Amon Yariv, the son of Helit Yeshurun and Yeshayahu Yariv, holds a BFA from the Department of Photography at Bezalel (2002). In 2004, he succeeded his father as the director of Gordon Gallery in Tel Aviv. Yariv has held several solo exhibitions, including In the Beginning, a Well at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art (2007), and has participated in numerous group exhibitions in Israel and abroad. He was awarded the Gerard Levi Prize for a Young Photographer by the Israel Museum (2006) and the Raphael Angel Young Photographer Prize by the Haifa Museum of Art (2005). His works are held in public museums in Israel and in private collections in Israel and worldwide.
