Dov Heller (1937-2018) was an Israeli artist, born in Romania. In his early work he made use of traditional media such as printmaking, he was influenced by the avant-garde currents that were popular at the time. From the end of the 70's of the 20th century, he was active in the group of artists "The Common Kibbutz". His works from the period contained images of troughs and reservoirs, which were also influenced by the Israeli sculpture tradition following Yitzhak Danziger, and political expressions. He created a lot in the printing workshops in Jerusalem and Kaberi. He died and was laid to rest in Kibbutz Nirim.
