A land witch blood flows through its veins
One notebook from a cycle of twelve created since the outbreak of the October 2023 war. The images throughout this notebook depict birds and humans in dialogue. The dominant colors are red, black, and white. On each page, a text is handwritten in blue ink.
The images convey states of violence and vulnerability, embodying emotions of hatred, pain, compassion, and loneliness in the face of the October 7th catastrophe. The written text was composed spontaneously and serves as the silent voice of the war’s victims.
