Khen Shish (b. 1970, Safed) is an Israeli artist whose work combines painting, drawing, collage, murals, and installations. She holds a BFA from Oranim College, an MFA from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and also studied Visual Culture at Camera Obscura School of Art. Shish currently lives in Tel Aviv and is known for her expressive visual language, moving between chaos and horror, nature and culture, kitsch and rococo. Her works have been exhibited in leading museums and galleries in Israel and abroad, and she is the recipient of the Young Artist Award and the Eugen Kolb Prize for Israeli Graphic Art.
