Tomer Fruchter (born 1990) is a photographic, installation, and print artist based in Tel Aviv. He is a graduate of the Photography Department at Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design (2018) and a participant in the independent study program “Olympus” at Beit Ha’Gefen. He has received grants from Mifal HaPais and the Tel Aviv Municipality’s Special Projects Fund. Fruchter is a co-founder of “Salon 5,” a collective of five artist-photographers who create performances using audiences and gatherings as raw material. His work explores patterns of thought and action through the creation and observation of private, physical, and mental spaces. He has exhibited at the Haifa Museum of Art, Jerusalem Design Week, the “Night Light” Festival, Rosenfeld Gallery, and Studio Bank.
