The artist Dov Or Ner (March 5, 1927 – March 25, 2024), born in Paris, was a multidisciplinary Israeli artist, who articulated the early forms of Israeli conceptual art in the 1970s. Member of Kibbutz Hazor from 1955, active since the 1970s as a conceptual-political artist, developed the local "mail art" and founded the "Museum of Museums".
