Bound By The Ties

The book consists of a collection of drawings, photographs and texts that have been woven into an implicit narrative throughout the book. Similar to stream of consciousness, he jumps between ideas, topics and thoughts as he tries to identify the self and the other in them while dealing with the image of the flag as a symbol of the struggle between the individual and the collective.
The book contains the artist’s familiar iconography—ready-made works and photographs combined into one image, in a way that allows for a different metaphorical understanding of what appears in them.
