Peter Merom (November 1, 1919 – February 20, 2022) was an Israeli photographer known for his landscape photographs of Israel. He was awarded the Israel Prize for Photography for the year 2010. His book “The Song of the Dying Lake” (1960) is considered one of the most notable examples of landscape photography in Israeli photography. Over the course of his life, Merom published nearly twenty photography books.
